If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The product must be intact and in its original packaging.
To return or exchange a product, please send an email to info@duckrabbit.com. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to indicate you the procedure for returning the product.
Fees charged for returning a product
Shipping costs
- Parcel shipping: 7CHF
- For parcels heavier than 30kg: Cost calculated according to weight
In the following cases, the return shipping costs are covered by DuckRabbit Sàrl:
- if you have received a different product from the one you ordered
- if the product information on our online shop was incorrect
- if you received an unordered or incomplete product
Expense Allowance
- original packaging of the product is unopened and undamaged: no charge
- the product has been opened and used: 10%, minimum 10CHF
Non-returnable products
- products with accessories that were lost or damaged by the buyer
- products that cannot be returned in their original packaging
